Linda Owen, President & CEO

Linda is President and CEO of The Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation. She oversees the organization, which is responsible for funding and managing the design, construction and operations of Woodall Rodgers Park.
 
Most recently serving as President of The Real Estate Council and The Real Estate Council Foundation, Linda was responsible for the effective operation, fiduciary performance, and catalytic influence of a large, diverse commercial real estate association and related nonprofit.
 
An attorney with a broad range of business and civic accomplishments, Linda brings a unique combination of experience to the Foundation. Her community experience includes serving on the boards of The Junior League of Dallas, The Center for Housing Resources, The Family Place, St. Alcuin Montessori School, Bishop Lynch High School, Central Dallas Association and the Task Force on Homelessness. She is currently active on the board of The Center for Public Policy Priorities in Austin and the steering committee for Dallas Arts District.
 
Linda graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, where she received both her BA in Economics and her JD. Upon graduation, Linda moved to Dallas to clerk for U.S District Court Judge Jerry Buchmeyer. Thereafter, she became a partner with the law firm of Wald, Harkrader and Ross, specializing real estate law.

Keith Bjerke, Project Manager

Bjerke Management Solutions provides full-service program management for the development of real estate and capital improvements for ground up and tenant finish. BMS manages the key project components throughout the planning, design and construction process which includes the coordination of design consultants, contractors and the different public and private entities associated with the project. These management services save our clients time while providing them the expertise to achieve the best solutions possible. The goal of BMS is for your project to be managed efficiently, on time and under budget.

Anthonia Ibe, Director of Finance and Administration

Anthonia is an experienced certified public accountant with significant background in managing financial statement reporting, budgeting, analysis, contract negotiation, treasury, GAAP and IRS regulation. She has strong knowledge of business practices, procedures, systems, and internal controls with a specialty in non profit accounting. Anthonia reports directly to the President and CEO and is part of the management team. She directs all financial aspects and daily operations of WRPF including accounting practices, budgeting, forecasting analysis, and interface with financial community, monitoring financial performances and is the financial staff liaison with the Board of Directors. In addition, she delivers IT and Human Resources expertise in her role.

 

Anthonia joins the Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation with over 20 years of financial experience, the majority of which she spent working with local non-profit organizations, including The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza and Dallas Summer Musicals. She received her MBA in Management from Amberton University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and minor in Liberal Arts Business from Valparaiso University.
 

Anthonia actively participates as a member of both the Texas Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs. As a member of the TSCPA's Partners in Education Committee, she visits local High Schools promoting accounting as a career choice and she is also the TSCPA Advisory Board member for the International Business Academy at Newman Smith High School in Carrollton, TX. She is married with four children.
